Easter Activities

The four of us had a very restful and fun Easter together. On Saturday Isabel and I dyed Easter eggs to leave out for the Easter Bunny to hide. Then on Sunday morning we woke up bright and early for the kids to look through their baskets before heading to mass. In the afternoon while Oliver was taking a nap, Isabel finally got to go outside and hunt for all the the eggs that the Easter bunny left for her.

Teeth

I know you can't see it in the picture, but Oliver got his first tooth yesterday...maybe this explains why he's been getting up at 5:00 am....gosh I sure hope so...

Easter Party

Our neighborhood Easter party was this past weekend. We went for an hour and Isabel had a blast! She can't stop talking about the Easter bunny and everything he told her, and how she danced with him, and how many eggs she found. She is definitely not shy of large animated creatures. :o)

Hair-do

Isabel loves to have her hair done at "the salon". She picks out which barrettes and bows she wants and I get to figure out how to get them all in her hair.

Seven Months

Oliver has really gone from being a newborn to an active little kid in the last month. He loves to move around, he rolls and scoots and grabs and will work his way all over a room after a while. Usually he's after some toy or book, he loves to have something in his hands to chew on. Right now he is starting to get up on his elbows and knees and rock back and forth, so I'm guessing that he is going to be crawling before long. He makes some great sounds, saying da-da, na-na, blowing rasberries, and making a rolling rrrrr sound most of the time.
